WOW...I need major help!!

OK, I downloaded the game, I was all excited when I hit the Icon button, my PC started to whir, then BAM!!! there was this annoyingly bright white screen with some words on it that said MULTILAYER OPTIONS EXIT and GUIDE, but when i alt tab out then back in, for a short time, I saw what the background is supposed to look like, then It cuts back to white, is it my graphics card? (I purchased it in like 2000 or 1999). Then when I go to multiplayer, all my options are grayed out. If I had have known there would be so many problems, I would have installed it on my dads gaming computer, but I guess its to late =(, me needs help!!!

Can you post some system specifications? CPU, RAM, Video, Sound, OS.

I had problems with a black screen but found that if I rebooted the PC it fixed the problem. Try rebooting and see if that fixes it.

Multiplayer options are grayed out because you have not signed into LIVE yet. (Silver/Free subscription will work just fine for the game.) Once you do, they should be selectable.
