Activation Code

Hello im kinda new here,and when i try and put the code in the Live thingy,it doesnt work and i kept trying different ways,can anyone help me?

i too am having the same problem i even when back to the store and got a new code and it says the same thing what do we do to fix this

i got this message saying that the code i have is already in use, it really strange, i did make a different accout but i never got an email back plus the site locked up on me so i just close IE and now i made a second account and the code that i entered for the first registration is no longer valid since my first registration has it, but i cant activate it cause i never got the email. It really messed up.

Having the same activation code problem as you.
I did an overnight download.( to tired to stay up).
When I got up I started installing the game and setting up my account .

When it asks for my activation code on the website it says:

The Activation Code you have entered

***** - ***** - ***** - *****

does not exist in our database. Please try again.

There are zeros and "O"s in it so I have tried every combination I can think up and its a no go. Problem is I need the activation code to get my Beta code to finnish/start the game.

to get your activation code you go to the universe at war website and enter it in from whatever site you downloaded it from. That will give you a valid 5 part cd key.

Where on the site do you do this?

I have a 4 part code that does not work...I assume I need to get this code from the site like you say...but I cannot seem to find anything on the site on this...

can you provide a link, the UAW website doesn't give me any option to obtain a new activation key.
