serious issues

i installed the game just fine, but now when i try to run it, it completely gives me a death blow. blue screen of death, infinite loop.

i paid 50 for this game, and id very much like to play it, but that's impossible now.

i have a dell inspiron with 2.06GHZ ram, intel core 2 duo processor, and a radeon mobilitiy 1400x graphics card.

any and all help would be appreciated.

and i thought i had it worst.. my interface doesnt appear only the numbers the top bar or w.e supposed to be up there i have no clue doesnt appear a lot of textures missing like units pictures on the field and buttons for building units etc etc.. still i have a computer almost like yours just its a bit worse i think. also i cant even see trailors or the movies in between campaign missions. sucks so bad
