Yes you can. As long as you have a valid HL for GameCube, you can use it to play both Episode I&II and Episode III.

To back up what supadjxis said, make sure you use your older serial key number and accesskey found in your Episode 1+2 box. And as well as the same screen name and password you used to purchase your Hunter's License with. This way, you can play both games online, with the same account!
