Just to let you know upfront... I havn't been on PSO in over a year because of this problem. When ever I put my username and password in so I can re-activate my account it gives me this error: "Sorry - our database didn't recognize either your username or password. Please try again." Just to be sure I ask for a reminder e-mail and copy and paste exactly what is sent to me, and I still get this message. I'd like to play PSO again.
I called "Customer Service" about two months ago and didn't get anywhere with them, so if you can help at all it would be great.

i'm having this exact same problem as i try to re-activate my account after not playing for around a year...its very frustrating...especially since sega doesnt seem to be answering my email which i sent in on tuesday.... :x
