I was thinking we should have a way of allowing new players to the game to have an equal chance of being on the top of the ladder system. For this, I propose we have our ladder set to a 3 month state, and at the end of three months, mesta is reset to 0 for all players, and the top 10 players could be named from that season. We could start this right now! The current 3 month period is already underway, and when the calendar reaches June, we could start the summer ladder.

I do not understand why Mestea would have to be set to 0.
i dont really like the idea. what if you always play in tournys and have a lot of meseta...then it just goes away? thats not very cool besides. there isnt really a ladder. only ranks

Mesta is what determines your current rank. I'm only suggesting this because of the way the current one was befouled by the FSOD problem. This would allow for everyone to have an equal chance of being on top every three months. Mesta would be reset because that's what controls your rank. (Of course you wouldn't loose any you had not used so you could still use the jukebox or something)

meseta is not used for rank....it is used for playing song at juke box or at pinz shop. thats all. i have only like 600 meseta now because of song but my rank did not go down

he means total meseta you've collected overall. You notice how you only get 100-3 meseta for playing comps in a tournament, compared to the 200-600 you get from playing actual players? The more REAL people you play and more meseta you get, determines what your rank is.. your win/loss ratio only actually accounts for ties between people with the same amount of meseta.
