I know of a site that pretty much lets you mod your cards and get all the SS/S cards without being a high clvl. I don't want to list the site name here because people will use it to cheat. Where can I report this?
Thanks in advance

honestly, I don't think there's anything you really can do about that because it's their site content, not ST's.. so unfortunately, I don't believe they can do anything about it.

If it's Geocities (and it probobly is, because hackers like Geocities), you could probobly e-mail the Geocities people and explain the illegalness (if that's even a word). If you do that, they could probobly get it off their pathetic domain. I've seen it happen.

Cheating is wrong (and illegal) because when you go online, you agree to the Terms of Service. To the more ignorant people, Terms of Service are just something you need to check "I agree" on just so they can advance in whatever they're doing, but they're acually a legal contract, and the "I agree" means that you legally sign the contract. Breaking these terms of service is a federal offense, and you're saying it's OK? You may say "I bought the game, so its mine and I can do whatever I want with it". That's where you're wrong (that is, if you actually said this). You didn't buy the network, only the game, so the network isn't yours to affect. To tell the truth, you own 100% of the offline game, so you have every right to hack if you stay offline. And acually, about the "It's not like we can't beat the game..." part, people who hack are usually people who have no confidence in their ability to play well legit, and probobly can't beat the game by themselves.
P.S. It's hard to take a message seriously if its written with the grammar of a 5-year-old.
P.P.S. Please don't ban this guy just yet. I want him to either change his mind or get as embarrased as possible.
