Hi, I have purchased PSO and recently purchased a Broadband Adapter to go online. The problem I am having is that everytime I try to logon to PSO with the serial number and access key, it says that they have already been used. The PSO game is new and I have never used the code before. I don't know what to do...please help me!

if your copy is used then it is possible that your serials are already being used by someone else.
However, if it's new like you say it is, it may be many different things.
First off, remember to look at the thread section, there is one clearly designed for account issues or problems.
secondly, call the people at sega and ask them about this. I've personally never heard of this problem before, and imagine it's something they have. They might know the answer. This forum probably won't be very much help since it's mostly fans who post here and even the moderators don't work for sega. They would likely tell you the exact same thing im telling you.
IF you wish to be really sneeky, hers an award winning idea. Go down to your local used game store and see if they have a used copy of the game. Inside the box for the game, they will have a copy of the serial numbers inside. Copy them down and try them instead. Again it's a really sneeky idea, and may not work, but hell, nothing really lost if you try beside an hour of your time. You'd probably spend that amount of time just working the phone. If you really want a quicker answer send a customer question to the people on sega's offical site.
