Thanks to some Halloween quest action, I have 3 mag cells.

Ill trade them I guess (since KAPU KAPU doesnt work on any of my mags, and the other two say USE, but when I selected it Nothing happened (to my Deva) Im guessing nothing ever will since its at Lvl 200 so I just quit out of the game and un-did that, so I still have my cells.

Thats not entirely true. I have a level 200 mag, and it will still say "Use" when in the Mag Cell Menu thing.

If you use it on a Branch of Paku Paku I would have to hit you over the head. There is a way to get Striker of Chao without using the Chao Mag Cell. The Chao Mag cell should only be used on Mags! > <;;

Yeah, during TTF. You first want to go down to the Forest, to start the timer. Then go back up with a Branch of Paku Paku equipped. Then entering the hospital, there will be a warp in the left corner. Then it takes you to Ruins 1. You want to walk all the way across the long room and wait under the waterfall. Make sure NOT to move a bit. Then the Chao will talk to you a few times, after you stay still and it talks to you. It will be attracted to the cane and attach its self to it. Then instead of having a Paku Paku, you now own a Striker of Chao. ^o^
