cant cancel my account.

ok i wouldnt have a problem but my game got stolen and i dont have the serial number and acess key to cancel it from my credit card. is there a nubmer that i can call to get it cancelled properly?

You shouldnt need the serial number and acsess key to cancel it via website...just go to the main PSO website (where you created your Hunters License account) and you should log in...click "Transaction history"...and then it should show your serial number and key...and you can choose to cancel it from there.

If that dosent work then I have no idea...since you cant really call a number and tell them cancell your account.....since they'd have no idea what account to cancel due to your serial number being missing >.>

well im havin that problem where nothing is showing up in the site. and i dont have the plus version of pso. i dont remember the site i created it over a year ago and it just got taken recently.

I may be wrong...but sometimes when I tried to change my hunters license...things always messed up when I had my firewall on...if you have a firewall you might want to turn it off when you try to cancel it.
