Ive had this problem since wednesday last week, i reported it on wednesday and its still not been fixed.

The way that they "fix" this issue is they login with an account that has access to extremely expensive items, they then sell those items on the online shop to generate thte cash then transfer the cash to the player by joining their squad and trading.

Problem is (as i found out on friday and yet a-bloody-gain today) is that if you have no capital ... you have no shop and they cant raise the funds, so i either choose a winning faction and leave my squad and leave the weaker faction (that i really dont want to do as i dont like glory hunting) or im stuck with it until i can actually catch someone from tech support at the same time as im in front of my console at home and at a time when tarakia hasnt actually been whacked by mostoij ( wich aside from this weekend, seems few and far between).

Look at the sticky thread at the top of the Tech Support Forum for this glitch. The last post has a link that you can post your problem. The Tech support guy called me from England this morning to fix the problem. I posted the issue Friday and they called me first thing this morning. Pretty quick turn around.

Its amazing that he phoned you from the UK, im in the UK and so far they have spectactularily failed to call me on both days where they promised to ... and even though i have their direct number they stilll dont even answer their phones.

I know what the fix is.. it relies on me and a tech support person being online at the same time, problem is tech support is monday to friday 9am to 5.30 and even when i get home early from work... they either dont answer or tarakia dosnt exist and they cant fix it either. Id really like the number of US tech support so i can speak to someone there in my "normal" game hours, rather than keep having to miss my lunch break in the hope i can get back and speak to a techsupport guy and that tarakia exists. :(

Im ranting a bit i know.. but i got this bug on the first day and whilst ive had squad mates buy stuff for me, its not fair for me to keep asking them to do that with no gaurentees i can ever pay them back. I'm also a bit concerned that when they do "fix it" il be left with $0 .. as opposed to the $10,000,000 i should have by now.

Had a look at that post as well.. their global support is UK time only!? Today i was phoning them from 4.45pm until 5.30pm and it wasnt engaged or any Q system its just an endlessly rining phone or it rings out to answerphone with what sounds like an "out of the box" recorded message... its like they never considered what support a "persistent" game would need. For a big company like Sega to be so unprofessional is astounding.

even thought i posted the nummber you took it down it should be public knowledge for everyone to know??? but even just they don't have a tech support line so that was no point i tried calling the uk but then forgot about time diffrences i just wish you would fix it

Theres a number in the back of your manual for "game support" although they probably wont answer.

yah i know that but i would like it just fixed its fine i will just tell all 100 or so friends on my xbox live account that the game suck and dont buy... what do i do can you give me the uk phone nummber plz...
