HELP ME PLEASE!

Sorry to post this here but I need help fast.

I don't have much time before my HL expires and if I can't log in before then my parents won't pay for more months.

I get stuck in a Lobby when I log in. My character doesn't even show up on screen. This is both on ep 1&2 and ep 3.
The background moves and the music plays though. The welcome screen also appears when I log in.

I have Bellsouth as my ISP.
I also have the Automatic settings and I have tried them with the DNS server in manual.
Bellsouth says they have no idea what is wrong but they also say they don't know the DHCP hostname I should try and use.
They say they support 3rd party play though.
If any one can help I will greatly appreciate it and help you in any way I can if I manage to log in.

:oops: NO I haven't......

Except once it was taking a long time loading and then I was supposed to go so I stopped it. So is it supposed to take awhile? (I'll try tommorrow you do have a point after all.)

Are you using an official Nintendo memory card? I think there was something someone posted elsewhere in the forums for dealing with Bellsouth.

EDIT: My mistake, it seems no one is having luck with Bellsouth. From what I can tell by other people's experience with the helpline, they don't support '3rd party devices' (eg. gamecube) so you probably wont be able to get on unless you switch ISP.

Lockley thanks but I hear that they say they do for that matter a player wrote that he was now able to log in with Bellsouth as his ISP.

Who knows I'll ask.
