Man, this makes me furious. Somehow the Sega website told me I got my HL, and now apparently I still don't have one. I tried again and it gave me that unknown error crap.

So please diregard this. Sorry if I caused any false hope.

On the page where it says "Unknown Error processing request, blah blah blah" after that page loads hit back and quickly hit reload/F5 whatever, and hit submit after its done loading, if done right you can get the page "comfirming" that your HL has been re-activated. Although its complete BS, but i suppose you could sit there looking at that page to feel some kind of hope that it will be. or sit in the corner and cry about it like i have. up to you

Its easy to get that screen up. Its hard to realize that it's not true :cry: .
