Anyway, I was just thinking that it might be good to have a thread to discuss any and all PSU rumors and/or known facts. As of right now, here's what I have heard concerning the game as of the past month, which may or may not be fact. Take these with a grain of salt.

1. True MMORPG style gameplay on 3 planets. Based on the trailer it seems that this one is probably a safe bet. No more 4 player team limit! W00t!
2. More customizable characters...I'm sure you have heard about this one. If I have to go into specifics then you're not a guy. :D
3. It's rumored that so far no actual game engine of any kind has been developed; that the game is still in storyboard and planning phase.
4. Based on above, that means PSU is almost certainly destined for PC and/or for the next gen consoles...probably either Microsoft and Nintendo's next consoles.

Other than that, there's not much to go bye at this point. Well, I suppose we can add to this as details emerge perhaps. Even with just this little bit of info, I'm pretty excited about this already.

So, anyone like to put their two cents in? I sure could use the money...>.>'

same with me but eather they make a better pso GC soon I sworn to change to MxO and make the Human and Agents suffer! (ok...that wont make a difference now I can hear you guys laughting behind your computers :roll:) Im a determained GC fan and I will stay by Nintendo's side...

I heard the PSU will be server side saving only, so people cant hack or something like that. Also heard there might be microphone options. Also heard it'll be real time like if its say 8pm at sega japan its 8pm in the game and settings will change

I kinda wish PSU would be on PC. (It might be, who knows.) But it just seems hard to update and fix glitches on a console online game. Memory cards only have so much space; it's not as expansive as a hard drive. Once you publish a console online game, it seems there's only so much you can do to keep people from exploiting glitches.

As for microphones, that seems cool, but I'd never use it personally. Call me crazy, but I don't like idea of a situation that's similar to being on the phone with random strangers, even if there is a voice-masking option.

I agree...But Im still an Nintendo fan..wate! could they actully been using PSO to experiment online game bugs tO build a BETTER online game? or was Nintendo was tricked into something they didnt know about?

Show me where their are actually comfirmed facts about PSU, whether it be Online or otherwise, the only thing i have been able to read bout on it was an interview that IGN did with the guy who is working on the FMV for the game. other than knowning there will be FMV in the game, to my knowledge nothing else is comfirmed.

I would buy it if it is on GC. I just hope that the costumes will have some similarities except better. Cause I've seen pics of PSU. The chars look so good! I wish I could create my char on PSU. Also, I would like it if the PSO ep 1&2 and ep3 license were to work on PSU :D
