Last week I couldn't log in, somehow my hunter's license was canceled so I e-mailed them about it. I ended up logging in the next day and was able to purchase again. *LOL* They called me a "Mr."!!!! ;_; But my name is obviously a girl's name there.. oh well! Anyways, I thought this would be a good idea to post, for one I see alot of people post about how "sega doesn't help at all!" but they seem too since I got an e-mail from them. Also here is their phone number if you have any problems, of course it's not hard to find on the site.
