Lawsuit on sega

Ok I was really thinking about this last night and I was thinking can a lawsuit be filed against sega because of FSOD I was think this because is it not illigal to sell a game or product with bugs in it and since they had the same problems on the sega dreamcast version shouldnt they be prepared for another FSOD proplem like this if I am wrong about anything please correct me I would like it if Sophia Seed would review this since she is so wise thanks in advance Helba

You cannot sue them for the bugs, it is 100% impossible to get rid of every single bug in any game, as for the lawsuit.. you might be able to file under legitemate charges, but there lawyers would murder you

Well, Myria sent Sega the packet that could have stopped FSOD, they had it all right there and did nothing. You can't sue them for anything, but they could have done a better job with fixing the WS FSOD problem

man thats so uncool well I guess I have 2 choices eather quit PSO or get a AR since I have a AR I just need to get the anti FSOD code for version 1.0 does anyone have it ?

The codes out there some where im just gonna have to do more looking but id just say to quit pso, dont loose complete hope though ill find it

EDIT: I have good news and bad news....i found the anti fsod code.....bad news....its for v1.1....so im gonna encript it for 1.0 so im gonna have to get back to you on that one....

It is impossible to be sued because of bugs. Otherwise computer companies wouldn't be successful. :P
