Then i got on the good ol cube and rocked until 200.

I think the fact that so many started out on Dreamcast version 1 (myself included), and are still so into the game that we look forward to Blue Burst shows that it really is something special!

Then I played Xbox ep 1-2 but not online, then later I hooked up my DC to play on Schackty's private v1-2 PC/DC server :D

Then I played the Japanese Beta of Blue Burst and just couldn't wait for the english version. Now it is finnaly here and game play is days away.

I knew about PSO during its initial US launch (and even owned a DC) but I was into Diablo 2 so I never bothered to check it out :( Years later a friend and I were renting movies at the local shop (which no longer exists) and they had some used GC games for sale and he suggested I try it out. I loved it immediately and was hooked for the next couple of years :) I actually played offline for awhile before even considering buying a BBA and once I finally got online it was like an entirely new experience 8)

Started with PSOv1, made a FOnewearl named Jan. She got to level 83 before I decided that meleeing when you have a max ATP less than 600 is kind of a bad idea, so then I made a FOmarl named Jan, and she was eventually switched over to PSOv2, and made it to level 142. Later, the GC version came out, and I played that to death, remade Jan as a FOmarl again, and made it to level 146. Over 3K hours. Scary.

I love how PSO owns me...i get tired of it but I always end up getting addicted again!

I havent played PSO since winter break and my addiction is rising so I can't wait to start up again with BB!

Dreamcast Version 1, its been a great game for me and im glad i have another chance to lose as many hours as god sends on it.. :D :D :D :D *Still gets the sweats when he dreams of pre-lvl 200*

It was Dreamcast V1 for me. Never did go online though, due to the fact that my three letter dial-up ISP at the time wasn't very reliable and loved to disconnect every 15 minutes.

Sadly, the game went with my Dreamcast to a "used" retail bin. I never played PSO again until I picked up Episode I & II Plus on the Gamecube last September. Me and my buds love the offline multiplayer, in fact, it was they who helped bring me back to PSO.

Actually, my first version was the Japanese Blue Burst. I downloaded it last year, and I'm still hooked... despite that fact that I can no longer play it... Hooray for U.S. conversions!

Kinda blows, though, that I've gotta start over from level 1... it took me forever to get up to level 27...
