Would psobb be able to play offline?

i was wondering if psobb would be able to play the game offline.. like you were able to in the dc version of pso...

like maybe play it single player even if its only.. or something..
just wondering..

Sorry, but im about 99.9% sure that it's online only. The reason they went with online only is because of the server-side saves, which prevent people from cheating, and the FSOD won't throw out your un-equiped items (since it's all saved on the online servers).

I thought that there would still be an offline mode but you won't be able to bring your offline character online anymore. I also believe they have eliminated the FSOD and BSOD.

There's no offline, but I'm sure you'll be able to solo by locking yourself in a game.

I wouldn't like playing alone, i perfer partying with as much people as i can! Thats what makes it fun! 8)

Better then that, there's a 1-player mode. Still online though, but the enemies don't get the buffs they in team games.

Exactly. There is an option which allows you to play the offline quests in 1-player mode. The enemies also revert back to the difficulty that you usually see in offline mode.

Between Gov quests and Offline quests... their is plenty to do in the beginning lol

oh thats pretty neat like a pesudo offline mode..

i liked the offline mode on the dc especially when i wanted to rush through an area.. so you can get some of the items.

well as long as there is that option thats good..
