You dont have enough RAM. The more RAM you have on your computer the less lag you'll experience =3

Telepipes made me lag on the jp version XDXD But they dont anymore, upgraded my memory today ^.^

512mb is barely anything actually *_* my laptop has 458 and it lags on ragnarok like hell. You need to upgrade or get some memory sticks really. Either that or DONT use a Force character ^^;

Upgrading is never cheap though =/ try set your options to minimal to decrease pressure on your RAM.

You should be fine.. guess how much RAM i have XD 512mb (how ironic O_o;) Set the graphics to normal and you'll be completely fine whilst playing. I've suffered no problems so far ^_^ i dont think my upgrade worked XD

Yes like eclipse said, close other programs first and for gods sake DONT run WMP XDXD seems like a good idea but it's lag hell if you have a huge playlist.

Yea, RAM helps ALOT, I noticed a pretty good improvement when I went from 512 mb to 1024 mb, faster load times, and very much reduced lag, its wasnt cheap but not too expensive either cost me 60 bucks for a stick 512mb 333 mhz ram.
