When I load PSO and the nProtect GameGuard Update box pops up, the bar dosent move and it just tells me to retry or cancel. When I cancel, the GameGuard Error 350 pops up. I tryed turning off my firewall and that hasent work. Anyone know how to fix this?

Ok thats error 340 not 350 XD what you need to do is check all the other topics on it and the nice little sticky and then you should have an answer.

GameGuard Error (350): GameGuard Update removed. If you can no longer connect, please check your Internet or Firewall settings.

Ahh it IS a new error *cheers* i got something to add to the list!
Ok this is DEFENATLY a problem with your computer. Re-configure or disable your firewall settings and check your current network information. It'd help to know what ISP your using because i believe Proxy servers like AOL dont allow you to connect.
Also try re-starting your computer ^_^
though i could be completely wrong and you may just need to re-install PSO. That tends to fix pretty much all of the problems with gameguard.

lol Thanks for the help. all I needed to do was simply restart my computer and now Im able to get past the GameGuard. But when I did connect, my firewall was disabled. Im gona turn my firewall on now to see if it works. If I dont post back here, its because I can log on with the firewall turned on :D

You should keep your firewall OFF when playing PSO. Havnt you seen the numerous errors you can recieve by leaving it on?

I'm getting the same error. And it's not my computer. I have no firewall activated, not even windows. I don't have a router. It's not my ISP, I've never had a problem with other games using gameguard with it. I've restarted and reinstalled several times and that also doesn't work at all. I've reset my internet connection and it's not the problem, I'm out of options about what to do.

Ok, nevermind. I got it to go finally. I guess there just was a lot of congestion and it took several minutes to get going. I left it open for a few minutes and it finally connected and went through.
