View Full Version : Bug In 1 Player Quest "Battle Training"

There is a bug in the game once you enter this quest... I am at lvl 9 and only needed about 200 exp to lvl up... I get bored and decided to play 1 player mode. I go to the guild counter and choose the quest "Battle Training"... The quest starts, I get Kereek, and talk to Zidd... Now here's the best part... I Teleport down to Forest 1, like normal, and BOOM! It's says "Level Up" Immediately... so I think "Cool"... but it's not cool... It said "Level Up" and My level went nowhere. It actually pushed me a LOT farther away from my next level... like 4500 EXP to be exact! It reset my Current EXP and just made it 4500 until my next level... DO NOT PLAY THAT QUEST!!!

Well, just a little update... I just logged back into the server, and guess what happened... It took nearly a minute for my character profile to load... why? Because Sega's Server saw the glitch, and instead of fixing the EXP, they fixed the level instead... isn't that just fantastic!!!??? NO!! IT'S NOT!!! NOW I AM LEVEL 2 BECAUSE OF THAT DAMN QUEST! WTF!!! Do the admins here have ANY control over the Game Servers or Data? Because I would really like to have my Level 9 back... Please, ANY admin msg me with an answer and tell me wtf happened...

This exact same thing happened to me but it wasn't during the Battle Training quest. It happened to me when i teleported down to the Mines during 3-2. I lost 20 levels though.

Hahaha! It's funny. I was playing w/ 3 others on voice comms (ventrilo) and one of my friends did the quests and it actually made him jump from level 8 to 24 and then he did another quest and it bumped him up to level 34. Another of my friends that was playing had the same thing happen to him that did you. He leveled but didn't level and well he exited and joined and was level 3 and then did it again and was level 1 again.

As well for my level 34 friend it got him eventually too cuz' he exited after awhile and joined back on and he was level 6 (so he overall lost 2 level and some well spent time).

I talked to a GM in a lobby the other night and they're working on it right now so be patient.
