i'm having the problem of patching causing my network card to crash.

a friend of mine was able to patch it and i was hoping to be able to get a file from him (ie the patch).

does anyone know if this is possible?

not its some built in garbage, believe me many of us have requested they release the patch as an .exe file. its not gonna happen but it would really help them relieve some stress off their servers.. oh well not my fault they wanna do it the hardware

Just a suggestion (waiting to get shot down) but maybe they could make an exe file that patches the file(s) outside the game. Don't know how much work that would entail, though.

believe me, has been done before. i don't think they are going to do that. but as i said would be an easy temporary solution and would lighten the load of the bandwidth once they get the 903 fixed. and no, most people will not have the time or patients to check what files it is.

If you want to get it from your friend maybe just tell him to zip the game folder and send it to you, worth a try. then just replace it with you current one.

yeah, that's what we're working on now. we just built his computer a couple weeks ago so he doesn't have a cd-burner yet. complicates things :(

you could still always send over msn or some program like it. There might only be minor changes to each file thats why nobody has documented it or ever will, except sega of course.

If you were to do that i assume it would work since this game does not run off specific computer ips or what nots(since all saved serverside)
