Guild Quests?

I heard people talk about them, and I'm wonering, what's a guild quest??? Like, do u have to complete them within your Team or Guild, and what types of quests are there for them?? kthx! :D

Guild is short for Hunter's Guild, the place near the level teleport that hands out quests in single player mode. There's your explanation. :)
