God, I heard about that a while ago. Some people are just complete nutcases.

I have herd of stuff like this a few times. I just keep my IRL sep from my game. As far as in game items go. Any thing I get in there can be replaced with time and work. Gives me some thing to do. Other then that I do find my self telling ppl "Its just a game" often. Some ppl become way to engrossed with fantasy and games. Perhaps they need "AAA" for video games ?

Noone seems to want to mention that the item was sold for $600 and the original owner had no legal recourse as the police do not consider "virtual property" to be actual property, even though it obviously bears a monetary value.
