Hey guys,

Well its seems subscribing to PSOBB wasnt as 'smooth' as every1 thought it would be. Many credit card probs, Probs with billing site, and most of all, the dreaded '913' error have plauged people since this registration has started today. Theres really no point to this topic, just made it out of pure boredom and frustration with sega's service. Just Post in this thread if u have been 'owned' by sega during the signups, and then state what problem uve had with them.

seriously, theres nothing wrong with segas service, i assure you.

so many people were at the EXACT same site doing the EXACT same thing, so much data im SURE would get very hard to handle

When you have to deal with not only signups but a credit card transaction process, you can't stress test that in a beta version without getting a bunch of people to pump money into the system anyways. And because it was a one-time rush to get all the initial players in, I'm sure they didn't find it necessary to make sure it works, because it will most likely never happen to that degree again. No doubt they're handling the problems that arise in this instance and everyone will be happy soon enough.
