Well i tried my moms other card, and it said:

We're sorry - an error has occurred
171: Purchase failed: YOUR BANK DECLINED THE TRANSACTION (DCARDREFUSED)

ANY IDEAS WHY THIS HAPENED TO ME WITH 2 CREDIT CARDS?? BOTH VISA!!!!

edit: I TRIED A MASTERCARD NOW, AND IT STILL DOESNT WORK!!!! GRRRRRR

According to the Error message, its probably something with your bank/card company. Maybe make sure your card hasnt expired, or that it is still valid and "in good terms". As in, not deactivated by your card company.

Sega should have fixed most of the Billing Site problems already.

make sure you check if it has been charged $1 even though it didnt work.

Indeed they charge a $1 xS....I have da same problem...I live in Puerto Rico...I e-mailed Sega and everything...their response didnt really help so I just called my bank and my bank said that the card has no problems that it most be Sega b'cuz after all they did cahrge a 1$...>_> That's what da bank said but I am now waiting for a reply just like a bunch of us out there ;.;...

The $1 is not billed, it's just a test to see if the credit card is valid. Dang people, get it through your heads!

You have to fill out the payment information the way you see it on the credit card statement. It pretty much has to be exact, or it won't match up with what your card's bank has on record.

The $1 is charged, but taken off the account once the account's been confirmed as valid. Paypal does the same thing, though it puts money in the accounts instead of charging. :p
