We got this victory from the core people who stayed loyal and in the end those of us who stayed were rewarded with a quick victory and the medal for achieveing total victory.

I am proud to say that my Squad, ChilledOps was in there at the fall of
the Morskoj Capital :D the 'whoop!' that went up over comms as 5 of us
returned from the last mission was fantastic! :D

special notice to ShoulderOps and UnluckySilver who both put in a great
deal of time taking the boarders and helping in the charge on the final
confrontations :) I managed to get in an hour or so before Morskoj fell.

I was pleasntly suprised by this last night. On my home from work I was chatting to a collouge about how we're always getting our a*s kicked. I log in just in time to see Morskoj fall for the first time... much to my glee :)

Congratulation to all the soldiers who took part on this war. Its been a while coming but its good to see we finally pushed back, and with such speed too.

it was looking grim for tarakia this morning though. with less than a day's war and its capital gone it looks like its morskoj's turn to sweep the country in one day. once again tarakia has lost but after its underdog victory its no surprise that morskoj wanted to stop the newest threat as soon as possible.

Well thats a boring argument... try telling the thounsands of football fans who rioted when they got knocked out of the world cup 'its just a game', People have their passions and hobbies, and the least you can do is show some tollerance to peoples intrests.

So showing some loyaltie to a faction is lame? Showing an intrest in how well your side performs is lame? Playing to win is lame? Congratulating your friends and allies for a well fought game is lame? Uhhh.. no.. none of thats lame.

I am a loyal Tarakian myself...and was very pleased when I found out we won. My squad isn't very active, we might have 2 people on at a time, however, I was on fighting the CPU myself in both capitals the hour they fell. I wasn't responsible for it, but I contributed a good amount. I respect all my opponents from both countries. I wish good luck to everyone in the next wars. I just kinda wish that our starting president wouldn't suck at research.

Indeed. Morskoj is actually based off WWII Germany, though with a very heavy russian influence. Cuase the story is they won their independence from the USSR, and scince Morskojvians refer to their country as "The Fartherland" thats german again, as the germans call it the Fartherland :)

I doubt that Tarakia still is the underdog in this war, they should at least be even with Morskoj now.

I didn't want to country hop, but after 8 wars Sal Kar is still way under populated. If only 2 countries win all the time this game/community will not last.

Me and my squadmates just received the Bronze Patriot Award. We've been w/ Tarakia for the last week or so, and have taken 80% of our battles towards Morskoj. Last night we helped take over Mortlake.
