Let's be generous and say that the war lasted 48 hours with a 2 hour reset time. Extrapolate that and you get 4 hours of downtime for every 100 hours - that's 4% downtime.

4% downtime! Unbelievable.

it only takes about 30 minutes to reset the servers at the end of a war. Its all back up & running now, has been for awhile

Yeah, where are you getting 36 hours from? I saw the war ended, we talked about how much we suck in the squad lobby, then we were like "whatever", and started up the next match. If you couldn't connect, went to sleep, woke up, then couldn't connect again, you need to call your ISP, not post on the Sega forums.
