heh i dont know my frozen shooter stoping teh baranz seems rather handy and my needle keeping most mobs in the palm of my hand is nice to and then there is teh hunter OMGZ look at my huge sword (swing swing smack)

NO!!!!!!! I have a friend who's a hunter of basically the same level as me and i can kill so much faster than him. He may not be taking the hits, but i can at least take them. The only places where i really envy him is in the Subterranean Desert. Everywhere else, i own.

Sans some exceptions, HUmar with mechguns hit less, but harder then Ramars, that's why i use mechs vs. bosses always. And ep4 Hu > Ra really, thanks to the prettyful lizards.

and yes, Ra's do a lot less damage per combo then hunters. due to a low ATP stat and a low ATP bonus of guns (except mile, striker, punisher, rage de feau, but who's gonna have many of those? sides OMGHAX)

Either way, Ras get less and less useful as you go up difficultys, till the point they are only useful with FS/Spread Needle/a couple of uber rares

This is due to their low attck power, and poor boosts from weapons compared to the hunters in ULT. In normal-V.Hard RA's can make up for this with shots and not to much less power, in ULT its the HUs that begin to get most of the kills.

Just becuase they have GUns doesn't make them rangers. The only ones thnat are rangers are the ramarl the racast and the ramarl father that looks like he is a ramar.

Please don't confuse newbies with HUmars. It's true that newbies often pick HUmars, but that doesn't make it a weak class.

From my gameplay, they take place of either another HU or another RA. There's really no other thing to do. Either kill things up close or kill them from far away, but FO's are generally the powerhouses now, what with their techs and all.
Typically, I am granted S&D/Resta/Anti, in return for Resta/Anti/cover fire.

As for the army, they have fat :):):):):) and guns. RAnewm, anybody?
