Simply go to the PlaySega.com and select "Forgot Your Password" from the login page. Follow the steps and your current username and password will be e-mailed to you.

tried that, all I got was my password for the website login and not the game one. Silly me for making them different huh? :(

I believe the game password is exactly the same as your login password.
