I finally was able to play a couple of games last night on my fourth copy of the game. So once I got past some minor freezes, I went into the shop and being Sal Kar, there was nothing there of course except for the three free downloaded items.

I want to know this: WHEN WILL WE GET ANY WORD ON ALL THESE PROBLEMS?

Ok, you guys have no clues on why your game is freezing, but why is the shop screwed up? I went in during a time when Sal Kar had about 20% and the capital was in the country's possession. It really seems you guys do not care about the fans who paid money (and in doing so helped provide your paychecks) for a game that is so whacked up. Can we please have an answer about some of these issues?

Easy dude...there are several posts on here stating that they are looking into it...there is no "easy" button for finding game /hardware bugs...

What nature? The nature of NOT testing your product prior to releasing it?

Time that should have been used TESTING it before releasing it? It took me time (and gas and money) to drive 25 miles to a store to buy this, and have to repeat that trip a number of times returning copies. It took time to type this post, time it seems that Sega doesn't want to give in relying. Even if it was a simple "we have no idea what is going on" would work, rather than totally ignoring us. Is that too much to ask?

I kind of agree with ecplipse here, The Dev's need to definantly address these issues to calm the public down, at least make a post on this site would big a great thing.

1. they did test the game. the game can't be tested with this kind of load or different setups until release. believe it or not, everyone's box reacts a little differently.

2. the problem is very vague and can't be duplicated at this time. If you can't duplicate a problem how can you fix it? If you can't make it happen, how do you know what is broke?

3. sounds like you would have to drive that far for any game, stopping crying or stop playing video games.

4. SEGA DIDN'T MAKE THIS GAME. You guys need to stop whinning for a second and think. The game was designed and developed by FROM SOFTWARE. Sega published the game, which has nothing to do with coding or game engines.

Fixing a problem that doesn't effect everyone will need time. I have this problem as well, but you don't see me crying about it because I understand these things and i'm not a child. I have a life outside of video games, so if my robot game doesn't work right, i can do somethign else until they fix it.

Yes, I would have to drive that far for a game, but when you buy a game, you are not expected to have to return it four times!!

Sega did not make the game, no. FROM did. But Sega put their name on the front of the box in blue letters, and host the "official" chromehound forums ( you see the boards.sega.com/chromehounds, NOT boards.FROM.com/chromehounds in the URL bar??), who do you want us to go too?? If I buy a DVD at the local Wal-marts and it doesn't work, do I send it back to the movie company who made the film, or go complaining and expect a fix from the company who sent it out??

Finally, I am not a child. I happen to work in gaming, and likly am older than you, sir/ma'am
