TP Materials?

Where's the best place to get these? I know of Rappy's Holiday and Gallon's roulette game of course, but I've heard people talking about getting them from Today's Rate? What's that all about? ;o

Yep you can get em from today's rate, not sure on the specifics, I think you get random materials for completing the quest, TP mats being one of the possible mats, the pso-world guide might be of use:

Perhaps someone who's hunted TP mats before could elaborate more on the best way to get 'em, I haven't really hunted them, other than doing rappy's holiday for ages and simply giving up because I didn't get any, lol.
