Dearest moderators or admins

I have a question I need answered
It is regarding billing and accounts
I tried going to the support contact part of the psu website
but when I was done I hit submit and it told me to fill out all fields even though I did fill out all the fields


So what should I do?
Should I ask my question here or did anyone else get the support center to work? It could be my computer but I seriously doubt it.

It would mean alot to me if I could get my question answered.

Billing accounts haven't even been announced yet, so I wouldn't try registering until they do so.

I find it funny that a lot of importers are going absolutely berserk that an EU card won't even take you to a place to fill in the fields. While I hope an EU card will be usable before November 24th, I'm not assuming anything until it's properly functioning (hell, the Guardian's Liscense page even overlaps BB's at the moment. If you tell me that's how it should be, there really is something wrong).

I don't auctuly HAVE the game yet...I can't get it until tommorow.
I just want to send a message to Sega but I cannot get it to work on the PSU website.

try clearing your cookies. I am not sure why this error is occuring for users, I was able to send and receive through all possible combinations.

If this does not work, please add the exact fields you have entered to this post.

Use IE instead of Firefox. When I tried with firefox it returned me to the previous screen as though I had never filled out any creditcard data. But IE worked fine
