Presiding in the case of U.K. rap artist Andrew Alcee against the Heartless Crew, High Court Judge Lewison ruled that not only were the lyrics not necessarily offensive but that they may as well have been in a foreign language. Alcee is claiming that a remix by Heartless Crew constituted "derogatory treatment" of his copyright because the lyrics contained references to violence and drugs. "This led to the faintly surreal experience of three gentlemen in horsehair wigs examining the meaning of such phrases as 'mish mish man' and 'shizzle my nizzle,'" the judge said. The judge had been unable to establish whether the words in the rap were actually references to violence and drugs. "The most popular definitions were definitions of the phrase 'fo' shizzle my nizzle' and indicated that it meant 'for sure.'" There were apparently no entries for "mish mish man."

For some reason Uk rap and garage music has a bad name associated to it, I never considered Heartless crew to be bad at all. Another one the government and media like to pick on is so solid crew, probably just coz they were popular. So what if they mention guns in their songs, they are just rapping about what is going on around them. 2 of the members of so solid crew even had a song that went "oh shít i've been shot I don't beleive this, can everyone stop getting shot" how that is promoting voilence I don't know. I think they just need someone to blame for the police been useless.

Any songs talking about "pimps", "hoes", "shizzle", etc (basically all rap/ pop) sucks! Those songs have no meaning what so ever cept that they wanna get some girl in bed and :):):):) her.. Emo, Core, pretty much all Rock has good lyrics and beat. But thats just my opinion.
