everyone else runs sluggish -_-

Ok so the game runs mint, I have no slowdown, I run good, enemies move fine I attack fine etc. My problem lies in everyone else running around, every runs sluggish... run stop run stop -_-;;; What the duece? I want to try the frame skip, and the motion thing set to CPU but it seems that when I change those it unselects the high/low end graphics sections so Iono wtf all that is.

As far as comp goes I know its fine cuz Im tested at 100 fps for Doom 3 max settings

3.2 ghz
1g ram
geforce 6800 go

anyone else have that problem and any possible fix??

I just put the frameskip on 1, and it takes the high def option off because of the frameskip. But other than that, nothing has changed. Ya, my comp runs it fine too, but sometimes people run sluggish. Not all of the time though.

tried skip at 1 and 2 didnt help me.. Ill try 3 after work... :(

Lower your graphics settings....that'll fix your problem easily

did you not see my comp hardware... Im pretty sure a $3k Alienware can run this game on max settings... aside from that I alread ran it in 800x600 window and it still didnt help... if my comp cant even do that I will throw it out the window.. I said my problem isnt me or enemies or anything else.. its just other people that run stupid for some reason >_>

Is your PC a laptop?... cause if you spent that much on a desktop you got ripped off.
That isn't even a high-end computer.

We are playing side by side in the same room, and the difference is amazing. I run around fine, enemies are fine, everything is fine. However, people seem to skip around to me, and even my brother seems to fall behind.

Now, watching my brother play, he is slow, sluggish, combat is over by the time he gets to it. And to me he skips alot.

So Im assuming, since we are on the same network, that the skipping is due to the fact that alot of people are lagging their butts off, and to those of us who arent, it seems like we have graphical issues when we dont.

alienware rips everyone off..... Anyways go download a tweaked labtop video card driver or you video card isn't being fully supported. Also my brother is running the game on a 6600 as well and HE HAS to run it on normal and not high end or he gets slow down.

I've got a pretty awesome computer, running full video specs and 0 frame skip and it's looking awesome. My friend has better and is doing the same. We see each other chugging around but our own running is fine. I think it's server side... could be wrong.

i find when i run around the cities i have that problem. everyone seems to skip around but i run perfectly. when i'm in a party out in the field everything looks perfect though, all my party members run smoothly. I guess if everyone is having this problem it is a server issue.
