Tufty Discussion: PC for Xbox games and GC for console games

I got a PC and I'm not going to get Xbox. I just needed variety of games that's all. Besides I am not a console fanatic! I just want to have fun and play games, nothing more. Why dont you save a little more money and just buy a PC? :roll: At least the PC is upgradable and you can do other things than play what microsoft says u can play... I'm not really a hater of the XBox, more of Microsoft and their cut-throat tactics. For example, they have simply stuck and underpowered PC in a (large) box, designed a truely uncomfortable controller for it, and have stolen a number of successful games that were previously destined for PC/Dreamcast/Playstation 2 for release only on their machine (by waving large sums of cash at companies for exclusive rights no doubt) .

My point is that there are different gaming experiences to be had by all machines. There isn't really a 'right' machine or a 'wrong' machine. You play what you have fun with. :P

Jeeez i allways thought paying 5 - 10 X the price of a xbox for a dedicated gaming pc that has to be upgraded every 6 - 12 months would be a better idea too.. and then wait 2 or so years for some ports, that arent as good as the original...
