Managed to get my copy etc, bought the guardian's liscense but when i go to play network mode it says i do not have multiplayer privelages to access X-box live, if anyone could help me out please do so, I'm at a total loss.

Do you have an X-Box live Gold Account? (Sorry, have to ask. First question in the troubleshooting process.)

B,You need silver/gold account.
C,You've been suspended.

Now pick which one.

I have silver, Never been banned, or suspended....and shouldn't have been w/o my knowledge, only reason i have a silver account at all is because previous to this i had my 360 connected to download some oblivion extras.

That is odd. You seem to have met all requirements to play in networked mode.

I'll have to track down any other people that are having trouble and see if any of their problem descriptions match yours.

looked in tech, figured i'd go straight for the throat and aim at people already playing....no matter now though, got it working the "bad" way (upgraded account to gold)

You didn't need to upgrade.

Once you've paid for our registration, to activate your registration, you need to LOGOUT of Xbox Live then login again for it to take effect.
