Character skins not loading

Anybody else getting this? Most characters just appear yellow, blue, red, and green.

They appear after a few seconds for me.

Yeah me too..but I don't like that. I thought I was lagging or something. I hope this is just an issue from the server and it's reolved soon, or I can't see myself enjoying this game.

The glowing bodies and grey bodies is the game's way of handling character loading. You didn't think all that character customization didn't come at some sort of cost, did you? For having characters customizable to the nth degree, we have to endure loading each and every one only when necessary to save on system load. Just grin and bear it, it's better than the alternative that was PSO.

Exactly what Maiko said, the PS2 is considered pretty weak hardware now, thats one of the faults of the PS2 version, if you eventually get a good PC, you can switch to the PC version and still have your online characters that you had on the PS2.
