Only one membership option for Canadians?

I just got the game and when I went to purchase my guardians license off marketplace I was shocked to see only one payment option. I read online that there should be two options one month (15 days free) or the 180 day plan with 30 days free. All I'm getting is one month, no free days at $14.99.

So does anyone know of a way that I can pay for several months right now? or are Canadians just S.O.L?

ps2 and pc users can choose between two subscriptions, not 360 owners.
