sometimes i see Sparkles next to peoples names what does that mean

This has to do with luck....the more "sparkles" as you say, the more lucky you are for that day....luck helps with drops when on missions.

It is acollated at a certain time every day.

There are many criteria. Some times all males will get it some times only RaCasts will have it.

Its oddly fun.
