Free Radical announced a new game today, so many people have overlooked that they have updated their FAQs.
While most of the questions we knew the answers to there was one that provided an interesting answer:
Which platforms will the new TimeSplitters game be released on?
PS2, Xbox... and GameCube.
It's good to see some developers stills support the GameCube...LOL...bwa ha ha ha ha....

sorry to burst your bubble, dudes, but Timesplitters 3 will have an online component which only PS2 and Xbox can do and with the dismal sales of Timesplitters 2 on the GC, i seriously doubt they'll waste time and money in making the sequel for the GC....lol...just go to Gamespot http://www.gamespot.com/xbox/action/timesplitters3/index.html and you'll see what im talking about......LOL...bwa ha ha ha ha ha...

Nice try Xteboy but I think I trust Free Radical over Gamespot, especially when they updated the page two days ago.

Well, dismal, if you mean barely selling under the XBox. And the XBox will have an online component only if MS and EA can make some progress in their talks. EA isn't too keen on XBox Live!, and MS isn't too keen on letting them host themselves. NOT TO MENTION Free Radical has admitted to liking the Cube, and wanted to get the chance to "unlock its potential". So don't jump to conclusions, especially since Free Radical themselves are contradicting your info.

yea, i do recall reading an artical back when timesplitters 2 launched stating how much free radical design ejoyed working with the gamecube hardware. If they include a LAN mode (and most new games are now) the gamecube version will be online too... I wouldnt expect you xbox fanboys to know anything about warp pipe.. (yes gamecube has somewhat of an online service too now)..

hahah bear, i can sense the tail between ur legs in typing that 1 heh.
Anyway it'll probably come to Gc despite the mess thats been said here. Then again, it might not because of the patterns as of late (all 3 consoles getting games to becoming ps2/xbox only).
We dont kno so lets wait.

i don't see why an online portion of the game would limit cube users... it's not like the cube can't go online. (see pso) the complaint is that there aren't enough online games. perhaps it will be online for the cube....
it's just nintendo that isn't going to make their games online, isn't it? that's why there's no mario kart online, or zelda online, or metroid online, only one of which seems like it'd be any fun...

Then why haven't they? I remember, they made some progress, but talks fell backward again. They were optimistic that they would solve the problem, but they didn't. Otherwise Madden, SSX, etc would be on Live!
