Making money in the game seems to be one of the toughest things. You just get so little and it hardly drops. Has anyone found a way to make more, quick?

Yep. If you've a high leveled character, then I suggest running through "Unsafe Passage C" (Or any other C-Ranked Mission, if you wish) alone, collecting every item you see, and selling them all (Unless, of course, you want use any for synthesis purposes) to a vendor. I found that, during the short amount of time I had to play the BETA (Before it fried my 360... I think about a week.), that if I were to add up all the cash I had accumulated over that short period, I might have around... Just under Thirty-Thou'. Of course, since you'll have more resources (and time..) than I did, you should be able to make it rather quickly. Especially if you stick to that formula.

Just get a good gun, if your a ranger, I suggest sniper rifle. Then just go through Unsafe Passage C and Fight for Food?(I think that's the name) C and grab every item and kill everything, look for hidden triggers, like walk to the left on the cut off parts of the liner line, or blow up boxes to spawn SEED. Then sell, rinse and repeat. If you just do that for oh around 8-9 hours you'll make about 15000. I did, but I was a penny pincher till i got to 15000 so I could open a shop. Just buy the one strong weapon and only recharge essential weapons.

Hm...sounds great. I'll try those tomorrow. Although, I'd rather be training while getting money at the same time. And its even better with friends, ya know? Thanks for the help.
Does anybody have any more ideas?

Your good friend Sleeping Warriors. Get 2 friends, set loot to in order and go at it. It makes quite a bit of meseta (300+moneys from the big guys yes please)

It helps a whole lot if you' re a hunter, too. The amount of money that you save on charging up your weapons really pays off in the long run. I've been hitting sleeping warriors non-stop trying to get the nanocarbon to drop. I haven't been selling anything but synthesis boards, and I've got about 25,000. I think that the difference is that the MOST I've ever spent on charging up my weapons is about $90. That's like two money drops. Rangers and Forces have to dig pretty deep every time they hit the Pohton charger.

Don't kill your self trying to make money fast. I played some missions with a a party yesterday and did the same one twice and ended up with 3K+.. Money is NOT that hard to get.. you just need to break your mentality that you just HAVE to have it. Before you know it you'll have 10K... then you'll have 20K and so on.. in a few weeks you'll have gained a big bank.. screw those kids that are shouting trying to sale armor.. and weapons.. let them waste their time doing that. You go and have fun with your game..

This is much better than in PSO, atleast meseta now has a value. Before you could get 999999 meseta once you got to Vhard and pretty much always keep that amount in your bank. No one ever wanted to trade for it.
Are people finding that meseta is worth trading for now?

By triggers I mean breaking certian boxes will cause enemies to spawn when they normaly won't or by walking into an area that makes enemies spawn but you normally wouldn't go there because nothing of importance is there.

The thing is, things cost a lot. And its true. We all think we HAVE to have the Meseta RIGHT AWAY so it seems hard to get. But why on earth do clothes cost to much? its like 10k-25k a piece for clothes!

It really seems as if spamming Unsafe Passage/Fight For Food is the best way to make money early on. Sleeping Warriors is good, too, but you need decent weapons to do it properly. Of course, tossing money into your weapons is hardly the worst thing you can do with it.

just do alot of dragon runs with a good group and get pure S ranks. you get 700 meseta. if you can do the B, you get 1000 i think.

Ouch... I didn't know this problem was that bad. Did you have to send yours to Texas, like I did? I found that address to be rather suspicious.
P.S. I am also still waiting for mine... T.T

i think this money makes PSU so bad (in a good way)..
PSO had it set to easy and it made the game pretty bogus in my opinion.
this way it evens out the economy in our lovely PSU world.
BUT...if you truly want to earn some money just grind sleeping warriors B alone.
thats what i do..
the big beasts drop anywhere from 265 to 550 messetta. everyone else drops around 125 messetta not counting all the items you get there and the boss loot.
get your character to a decent lvl and do this alone..you can earn some money. just put the time in.
Happy Hunting!

I tried taking it back to Walmart. You see, I got my 360 in/around, (I believe) March, and that made things harder. Not to mention I didn't have a receipt... The best they could do was print a form that had Microsoft's number for Tech-Support and Customer-Support.

Something i noticed during this game is when you're fighting bosses/mobs is the fact that they do give you money when you kill them. Every time i've killed a mob or so, i would get a small chunk of $$. Those yellow cash drops are just a bonus, it's a slight chance they drop, but you do get money from every kill u get ontop of bosses drop a small amount of cash as well. So just keep grinding out the money in 2 full runs of Dragon boss and the Demon Boss i walked out with approx: 4-8k and that's including small supplies (mono's and a photon charge).
BTW keep boards and sell like others have said. Good money!!

I've never noticed this, but I'll have to check tonight. I'm supposing the amount of money isn't particularly huge, though.
Also, another way to raise cash: shops. Once you get that initial 15k or so (which is a few Sleeping Warriors or Plains Overlord runs), buy a shop and start selling stuff. The returns are much, much better than what you'd get by selling to the computer-owned places, and when you start picking up better boards in the A and B missions, you can synth the big items.
The bad news is that prices will probably trend down over time, making this option less appealing. Get in on it soon. :)

I average 2500 mesta per Sleeping Warriors C run, not counting selling items. But I am also taking into account all the recharge station fees.

I tested this last night and I do not get any money from killing mobs unless the yellow cash drops. Perhaps you were in a group and the loot wasnt set to finder and someone else picked up some money?

You HAVE to build up your bank.. don't worry about the have nots in the game... I've been playing off and on today and have around 20K .. gonna buy a store and set it up right. Unlike 99% of the community that knows little to nothing about sales.. HA..

I have seen a few really nice stores. A guy named Steel (I think) had a great one and went out of his way to locate or make desired items. I'd love to have a look at yours when you get it set up! :D

I'm clueless as to the price things are going for right now so I spend some time going to several different shops and see what they're sellin stuff for. It helps me to see what other people sell theres for and then I normally mark down the price a bit or raise it slightly. It's worked so far :D
