We need to know about updates and plans for the US version, being in the dark this whole time without any announcements on what they plan on doing and when they plan on doing it really sucks. I stopped playing once I reached my level 10 class and the rest of the game became unbearably boring. Please let us know something!

You know im gonna second this. At least hint us on what is going to happen to the game. I dont like to be utterly clueless and pondering wth is gonna change, or when problems will be fixed.

They also need to display a status message re: downtime when people sign in. Perhaps an ETA as to when it will be online or an extended downtime message or something other than the standard "the service has issued an interrupt message' or whatever it is.

Wouldn't it be nice to get an email about updates or something? At the very least they could put something up like "Visit the PSU home page for the latest update information" etc...

I totally agree. There's really a lot of pointless bickering (and I include myself in this) because the entire NA/EU player base is basically guessing at what's going to happen in the future regarding this game.

I think, at a minimum, what I'd like to see is a timeframe for updates and new/unlocked content for both the Japanese and NA/EU, as well as clarifying what's going on with the Xbox 360 version in terms of scheduling. Acknowledging known bugs (not exploits) would also be decent of them.

But it would be REALLY nice if they would have a chat or lengthy message regarding the direction of the game in the long-term, and their plans relating to that. They've got their blog - instead of never updating it, they should be using it to communicate to the player base.

Given the level of turbulence on the official boards, you would think that they would at least have a MajorNelson-esque figure who could interface with the devs and keep up the flow of information to the player base. Right now, the only thing we actually know for certain post-release is that they've heard about the "interrupt request" problem.

I don't think any of that is much to ask for.

First I'll start by saying that yes I am enjoying the game it does serve as a nice break from WoW.

But why did i pay $60.00 for this again? and even if i wanted to take it back to the EB I brought it from I find that there not taking this game back as a trade as it is a MMO in nature...

After playing the Beta I was like very cool, looking forward to the full release, but it's far from what we got, but it's cool, they have there reasons, i'll give it a bit of time.

Still what makes this game worth $60.00? Content? That's it's a MMO on 360? Superior customer support? Graphics?

I won't even go into the $10.00 fee...

I belive all we would really like is for Sega to take a bit of time, talk to us, reasure us that we didn't spend $60.00 so we could play a extend Beta while you sort a few things out.

Just enter into a conversation with your new 360 customers and you might be surprise how loyal we can be.

just a thought...

It took japan a month and a half to get an update so get used to no updates for a while.

seeing as how theyve already made everything for the update in the JP version, correct me if im wrong but arent we playin with people from japan on the 360? you'd think theyd realase it pronto or that it woulda already been implemented when the game was released.

How can we be sharing a server with the JP version when they have the update and we dont. I dont know how thats even possible, and if it is it certianly cant be making things easy for sega

Sega really does need to tell us whats going on. What are they doing during the maintenance? When are we getting content updates, what will those updates be.

Im a loyal Sega fan and so are the people i play PSU with and we are all getting tired of this and its only been a week!

The game seems half done, and I know the content updates will flesh it out, but for the love of god tell us what and when so we have some confidence in this game!

I don't really care what they do during maitenence but I would like information on updates like they do in the Japanese version. I'm not asking for anything more or less than that.

A rumor has been goign around that a mod has told people that new content is coming tonight in the maintenence/update. Many think that it is the much anticipated expert classes. But on the post's topic, I'd have to agree. Most of the imformation I've ever heard about upcoming updates is based on the JP release cycle and speculation.

There will be no update tonight, but there will be a release before the month is up. More to come on that, I promise.
