Not always true. A lot of the people who like rap have money and aren't on hard times. Even then I know quite a few people who have been on hard times, myself included, and didn't go toward rap.

The only Rap I like are Biggie, Tupac, Bone thugz, run DMC, public enemy, and mostly underground freestyles. Rap nowadays got no meaning, a new rapper should step up and bring the old vibe that tupac use to give out and bring it back to these new peeps.

I'll admit, I HAVE listened to rap, and some isn't bad.

But to find a rap song [if you could even call it a song] on a record about having a hard life and how bad you have it now, then to have a song about b*tches, money, cars, houses, pimpin, etc. That just doesn't make sense.

Infact, last week or something I went to MTV to watch some music videos, and for like six songs all I could hear was:

I like only underground but some Mainstream Rap. And Rap doesn't suck. if anything, Punk Rock sucks, I like some Nu-Metal (Neptunes) and Classic Rock (Nickleback) but Punk Rock is a bunch of wannabe goths who are stuck up rich kids.
