I am really really confused here..(Possible spoilers)

okay, I beat the game like... an hour ago at most. I loaded in my game to get some extra things, I was gonna form a party with hyuga but... I can't, in fact I can't form a party with anyone but leo, tonni, lou, and nav.

So I walked around the guardian colony and talked ot people to see if they mentioned the destruction of the HIVE and they closest thing I read was "Leave the HIVE to the military, we will scrap up the rest of the SEED that escaped the unification point" said from a NPV Guardian.

So I go into the space dock and the last mission is there, but not as a free mission(Which, according to my vision phone it should be) so I start it up and... well im doing the last mission over again.

Is this supposed to happen? If so how am I ever gonna get hyuga in my party again?

No, you won't.

The completed game just takes you back to the beginning of Chapter 12.

So, you'll only be able to use Hyuuga in the SEED mission.

Oh well that killed my idea, guess I just start playing extra mode.
