What year are you on?

On year 1, I know that to go through the stream, you need to select the first dungeon, proceed to enter it, and it will say, "do you want to change the magic in your chalise?" And you change it to water.

However, that was year 1. I haven't tried to go through it in year 2 yet, but I suggest selecting the dungeon at the beginning of the year's, or something.
