rdesktop client for linux remote desktop client for windows.. just set up a remote desktop connection and use a remote desktop client ;)

(winxp or later disc has the stuff to set that up..)

http://www.realvnc.com/ is the only one I've tried. You can view or control a buddy's desktop. There's also a java plugin to let people view you on the web (password protected for privacy). And it's free.

Dameware The best.. I can control every computer in my house.. even ones over the net!.. You can see there Desktop on your computer, and you can open there programs.. You can't watch movies or DVD's on it though.. sorry :D
