OK well firstly we all know you cant repair in battle!
Secondly we know it costs game currency to repair when not in battles.
Finaly we know that different parts of your mech can tack damage. (Hardpoints)

So my questions are:
1)How exactly do you go about the whole repair business?
2)Do you decide what to repaire and what what to repair?
3)And how much you repair it?
4)If you have multiple lives in a game when you "respawn" are you fully repaired?

1.I believe in your garage after the game is done you can pay to repair your mech. It is the same place your customized your mech.

2.Yes because there are different parts that take different damage. You can probably choose a 'Repair All' or repair each part by itself.

3.I don't think you choose how much to repair. I think it is a total repair of that part or no repair at all.

4.Yes. It would be unfair if you did not. And that is the point of respawning ( you get to start again brand new).

If you get fully repaired after dieing then why repair at all?
just go into battle with a beat up mech and after your first death you are fully healed for free.
(reswans are free right?)

Or do you only pay to repair in the persistant(sp) world thing?

I'm sure a death/kill ratio and count will be kept, as well as a rank.

if it's anything like armored core you pay to repair your mech, but not by parts, just overall.

Some of the previews mentioned that the clan would share money and parts. Considering thisn, do you think repair costs come out of the clan's account or the players personal account?

That’s a good question if you’re playing a team game I would assume repair cost would be taken from your clans credit pool. And single player games repair cost taken from your personal money.

But what I heard was your clan pools there money from what they get in single player(not sure) and multiplayer together. So in your spare time when your clan isn’t online you can go replay a couple missions to make some extra credits.

that'd be awesome. Go on vacation and come back to find yourself as a millionair!

Actually, I don't think they will have respawns. It would be interesting to only have one chance in a battle. And if you were to take out the enemy's TC, then that will make it much easier for your team to win.

I think deathmatch will have respawns, survival won't though.

I'm almost positive (although please correct me if I'm wrong) that all modes have respawns except for Neroimus War and Survival.

Yeah, most likely.

So is Neroimus war like Counter-Strike? With multiple rounds?

neiromus war is like the galactic conquest in mechassault 2. Factions will constantly be fighting for territories to gain a foothold on the enemy. Each faction will most likely have a home base that cannot be conquered. On the whole respawn thing, if it's anything like sega's racing, then you will have to repair after the battle is finished, there will most likely be a survival mode for ranked matches, and unranked matches will allow respawns. That would be my guess.

BAM!!!!!!!! Just though I would ressurect the oldest thread in the General Discussion section:DThis thread didn't need to be revived. It's well known now that you conduct repairs at the end of every match. Thank you for being a dedicated asset to this forum, we are all gratefully indebted to you. Now continue with your 'searches' for dusty threads which have no definite reason to be reviewed.
