Metal Gear Solid 2

In the absolute best game for the PS2! I think MGS2 is the only game worth paying 50 dollars for out of all the games out for all three systems.

Oh geez, I like MGS2 and all but it isn't that good. The freaking storyline and voices are just too cheesy.

It did have it's drawbacks.
The only one I noticed was that you had to be Raiden more than Snake. I didn't like that, I play MGS for Solid Snake not for Raiden.

yeah. Raiden did get on my nerves alot :evil: Well at least there's Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes now. Enjoying it more so than MGS2 simply becasues THERE'S MORE SNAKE ACTION! . Can't wait till this November though when METAL GEAR SOLID 3: SNAKE EATER comes out cause hopefully it's gonna promise EVEN MORE SNAKE ACTION!!!! :twisted: HEH.

Heres a question...

When you take dogtags off enemy soldiers does that count as alerting the enemy? The exclamation point over his head goes off... I only played through it once and didnt really notice because i was seen so many times. Kinda sucks if your trying to be stealthy, yet can open up new gear with out dogtags.

His hands will be up so he can't alert his fellow soliders. Well at least I never had that problem. Just remember to give em a K.O. and you should be fine.

im trying to get all the dog tags right now and it doesn;t show them as alerts at the end

Raiden reminds me alot of Snake in the original Metal Gear. Both were rookies, both had really prissy women to deal with, Big Boss was like Cambell.

I think if you look at the plot of MEtal Gear 1 and 2 ojima was trying to channel that while not giving people a remake.

Sons of liberty has the most confusing story line ever. I still don't get it to this day. :shock:

but didn't you get into it? i mean it all just so interesting and the characters were so complicated and all different and stuff i loved every minute of that game
i liked how when you first play it you see the opening and it doesnt make much sense but once you play the game you get it

I watched my friend beat it in one day. I understood the story up to the part when you find out that it was just a training mission for raiden. After that it just made my head spin.

I just beat Fatman and I have to say THAT FIGHT WAS FUNNY AS HELL and it was mad fun.

But if you shot him in the head numerous times why didn't he die in the first shot?
