View Full Version : Possible nerf on pilers???

Granted I have used them, easy win vs anyone especially against PC, but I love having my missle defender to blow them up. I was wondering if the Devs are looking into nerfing them. Currently, they're over powered, if they want to nerf them just add more weight to them, make it so a light base HOUND can only carry 1 or 2.

If you can't find that to be a viable option, then cut there damage by 50~60%. Then you can also fix then KE/CE on howitzers and cannons for HVG's/DEF's, those are the bad boys that need to give people a good thumping.

After seeing some BS tactics last night (a whole squad of 6 pilers, take down our base), I really do hope they nerf the pilers! If anything cut down there penetration power and increase the reload time to nearly that of the saber. They resolved the quick war issue, now resolve the BS pilers.

2640 and 2469 for Sal Kar and Morskoj...and Tarakia has PoS 990??? Great balancing, no seriously just perfect...If you wanted to make that huge of an impact why not w/ heavy weapons or atleast give the Morskoj sniper cannon some more penetration.

I won't have an issue as of now w/ people using them, but if this tactic keeps up, my squad won't even bother playing in the Neroimus Wars. We'll take our gaming to Gamebattles.net and ranked rooms, atleast there the mods will give a damn about balancing.

You arent looking at all the stats for them. The morskoj and Sal kar piles have limited uses and high reload times. Where tarakia has more uses and a shorter reload time. Ive tested it and you can get about four shots of the tarakian piles in the time to reload one from sal kar. so if anything the tarakian piles are the stronger ones, and if that isnt all the tarakian piles dont even have the hexagonal frame to connect more to it. Next time you post make sure you know what your talking about.

Ok, not a problem, learn to read or go make your point somewhere else, read the first paragraph again and you'll see I mentioned increasing reload time (and not just on two countries).

It's just a bit ridiculous that in a 6v6 all 6 players would be pilers and just bum rush the base. Sure we can take 2/3 out, but by that time there friends have already added the finishing touches to the base.

If a piler is a weapon that penetrates, shouldn't it have a slow reload time to reload itself? If compared to a jack hammer, those things can take awhile to get through some metals and concrete. Also, the technology is supposed to be around 21st century, they should've just stood by w/ cannons and guns and left pilers or swords as DLC.

do not take any offense from this but i believe that u guys r just not trying hard enough, if u wanna take out a piler aim for the legs, im a piler and when ppl do it to me it doesnt work on me though b/c im not i 4 pile nub i only use 2 with 4 machine guns. but i can understand where ur coming from, but even so just shoot the crap outta there legs it woks bout 80% o the time

That was our reaction, too this day, none of these squads have accepted our rematch...a shame really, but I would still like to see a balance on them. No other weapons are as far balanced as the piles when compared between 2/3 countries.

if no nerfing happens persay... they should at least increase the hp of the hq... some like 15%-20% something like 1v1 is at 100%hp
2v2 is at 120%hp
3v3 is at 140%hp
4v4 is at 180%hp and so on
this pans everything out pretty much
